For back closures, we offer multiple options such as metal buckles with grommets, Velcro closures, and plastic snaps. Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our Quality Management and Technical Support Department is a dedicated team of experienced quality engineers, skilled inspectors, and production technicians who work collaboratively to ensure every hat meets the highest standards. This department oversees the entire quality lifecycle, from raw material verification and pre-production sample approval to in-process patrol checks, final AQL 2.5 inspections, and packaging verification. They employ advanced testing equipment and standardized procedures to detect and eliminate defects at every stage.
Quality Control Procedures
A full-cycle QC system covers raw material to final dispatch. Incoming fabrics and trims are inspected per the Four-Point System. Pre-production samples set the benchmark. During cutting, sewing, and finishing, in-process patrols check stitching, logo, and shape at every critical step. Finished products undergo AQL 2.5 inspection covering appearance, measurements, workmanship, and labeling. Packaging is verified for safe transit, and third-party inspections are fully supported.
